It’s clear that AI’s influence on modern society is becoming widespread, particularly in how we work. Our recent study found that 82% of organizations have already invested in AI and a further 33% plan to increase their spending by more than 50% in 2024.
But, despite the spending, 50% of business leaders admit they’re unclear on exactly how AI will transform their organization. And while 69% think AI will be the main driver of their workforce transformation plans over the next three years, 39% say they don’t have the organizational expertise to do this.
