Jim Weber joined Brooks as CEO in 2001 and for over 23 years was credited for the Seattle-based company’s aggressive turnaround story, focusing the team solely on delivering personally inspiring performance products and experiences that keep people running. The business and brand caught the attention of Warren Buffett, who declared Brooks a standalone Berkshire Hathaway Inc. subsidiary company in 2012.

Weber’s professional journey also includes various assignments in the branded consumer products industry as chairman and CEO of Sims Sports, president of O’Brien International, vice president of The Coleman Company, and various roles with The Pillsbury Company. Weber is the author of the book Running with Purpose: How Brooks Outpaced Goliath Competitors to Lead the Pack, a leadership memoir chronicling Brooks’ journey to build a brand and business that was published by Harper Collins Leadership in 2022.

Bent Flyvbjerg

Bent Flyvbjerg, Professor Emeritus at Oxford University & Award-Winning Scholar

Bent Flyvbjerg is Professor Emeritus at Oxford University and the Villum Kann Rasmussen Professor and Chair in Major Program Management at the IT University of Copenhagen. He works for better project leadership in business and government. He is the most cited scholar in the world in project and program management and included on Stanford University’s prestigious Top 2% of most cited scholars in the world.

Flyvbjerg is a senior advisor to government and business, including 10 Downing Street, the US and Chinese governments, and several Fortune 500 companies. He is an external advisor to McKinsey & Co. He has worked on some of the largest projects and portfolios in the world, on front-end planning, delivery, rescue of failing projects, postmortems, de-biasing, audits, and as expert witness. He advises ministers, C-suites, and boards on how to deliver their programs successfully.

Danielle Feinblum

Danielle Feinblum, Organization Transformation US Leader

Danielle is a Principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP based in Los Angeles, CA, and leads the national Organization Transformation offering within the Human Capital practice. She and her teams work closely with global clients to lead transformational change and culture initiatives, design optimal and adaptable organizational structures, and modernize actuarial operations to ultimately help them achieve and sustain their strategic goals.

In her 17 years with Deloitte, Danielle has led 50+ organizations through mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, relocations, workforce transitions, technology implementations, and organizational redesigns. She is a keen believer in culture and engagement as a driver of transformation and helps clients understand how to activate culture to accelerate strategy and capture employee engagement.
