Rupert Morrison is the founding pioneer behind Orgvue, the leading organizational design and planning platform, which has won numerous accolades including Gartner’s ‘Cool Vendor’ in human capital management software. Rupert’s aim is to help businesses realize their goals through data and analytics. With over 20+ years of experience in consulting, and 17 years in developing software, he blends a deep understanding of board level business issues with new data driven methodologies to give real and sustainable business impact.
Rupert is the author of the industry’s foremost thought-leading books, considered to be essential ‘must reads’ for all org design and workforce planning professionals: “Data-driven Organization Design” (now in it’s second edition) and “Organizational Planning and Analysis”.
Shradha Prakash, Org and Talent Transformation Leader
Shradha is an Org and Talent Transformation leader. She brings along 15+ years of deep expertise in this space across various industries and geographies. Shradha has been pushing the boundaries of topics such as org design, work design, org effectiveness and talent transformation both as a management consultant as well as internal consultant at Boston Consulting Group, Infosys and Prudential, to name a few. Through her work she helps organizations build long term capabilities and align right talent to critical roles.
Shradha works as executive coach for senior leaders to help them unlock their potential and think different. She frequently writes in various blogs, magazines and has been keynote speaker / panel member at more than a dozen conferences. Shradha advocates for curiosity & simplicity; infused with a good sense of humor, she believes, can solve for most organizational challenges.
